The horseshoe is believed to hold its luck if kept upright, but its luck will drain if hung upside down. The horseshoe protects the owner and brings good fortune. Over the years, the wishbone has been a fun way to see who's wish will come true and is also where the term "lucky break" came from. Good luck!
